Editing Documents
Adding a simple checkbox is straightforward.
1- Click "Add."
2- Click "Checkbox."
3- Enter field name.
4- Click "OK."
5- Place the checkbox where you need it.
When you have checkboxes dependent on each other, you will need to use this format.
Category[Parent_Choice{Child_Choice(Grand_Child_Choice)}]
The best example to show how this works is the finance example in a real estate contract. See image below.

For owner occupied : Use Purpose[Owner Occupied]
Rental: Use Purpose[Rental]
Other: Use Purpose[Other]
Cash: Finance[Cash]
Cash with attached proof of funds: Finance[Cash{Attached Proof of funds}]
Cash with will provide proof of funds: Finance[Cash{Will Provide Proof of funds}]
Conventional: Finance[Conventional]
Conventional with Fixed : Finance[Conventional{Fixed}]
